History
The Quran mentioned many Historical Facts that we discovered recently and it does not exist in any other scripture nor it was known for the people around.
The Quran talks about Pharaoh claimed to be God , their beliefs that the Heaven and Earth weeps for them after they die , the Quran corrects the Bible about the ruler at Joseph's time is called "King" not "Pharaoh" etc...
I will only mention just few examples and you can watch the video below to get deep dive into more points.
One of these evidences that the Quran speaks about Pharaoh.
“ Neither heaven nor earth wept over them, nor was their fate delayed. ” (Quran 44:29)
A lot of people will ask what this refers to? Why it is using this specific terminology?
There is something that we only discovered recently called the Rosetta Stone. It is written in hieroglyphs.
Ancient Egyptian hieroglyphs could not be read until 1799.
The Rosetta Stone allowed scholars to decode hieroglyphs by comparing Hieroglyphs, Demotic and Greek (which was already known). That is how we are able to read the hieroglyph language of the ancient Egyptians.
During the time of Prophet Muhammad ﷺ (7th century) in the desert of Arabia, hieroglyphs were completely unreadable and considered a
lost language.
And we found thats written on the Rosetta Stone "The Sky weeps for you, the Earth weeps for you when you ascend as a star."
They had a belief that the heaven and earth weeps for them when they pass away.
How did the Qur’an accurately quote and refute ancient Egyptian beliefs when hieroglyphs were a lost language and no other scripture mentioned them unless it was divine?Another example,
Pharaoh claimed to be God
“ I am your lord, the most high! ” (Quran 79:24)
“ Pharaoh declared, “O chiefs! I know of no other god for you but myself.. ” (Quran 28:38)
Surprisengly, the Bible mentioned many things about Pharaoh but it never mentioned that he claimed to be God.
The Quran is unique about this information
Today we know this is a fact. Because we found an artifact which shows the Pharaoh at the time of Moses, ramses the second, he crowned to be God by two Egyptian Gods, Horus and Set
How could an unlettered Prophet living in Arabia know this, he could not read hieroglyphs, no translation of it and he never even travelled to Egypt? Also, the people around him didn't know about that.
