WHAT IS ISLAM
Islam is an Abrahamic religion. The word Islam means submission and the Muslim is the one who submits their will to the one true God.
Islam began with Adam and continued through all the prophets, completed with Prophet Muhammad, the final Messenger.
Muslims believe that all prophets were sent with the same core message: to worship one God alone without associating partners with Him, and to submit to His will. While the message remained the same, the specific laws given to each prophet differed according to their communities. For example, Prophet Moses was given the Torah as guidance for the Israelites.
Our holy book is the Quran and it's fully memorized by millions of Muslims in its original language.
